Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for visiting our online store. We are happy to serve you.Magicalhut.in is a consumer centric brand and is solely focused on creating a wonderful buying experience for the consumers. However, despite all the efforts made by us, We understand that there might be cases that You may not want to go ahead with your purchase or wish to return the order even after the product being delivered to You. We have tried our best to design our cancellation and return policy in such a manner that it is in the interest of the consumers, while still keeping in mind the logistics challenges and cost involved in selling heavy and bulk furniture goods.
All our new products have a 5-day return policy, used products do not have a return policy: details about the policy can be read below:
Order Cancellation
1.1. Order is placed but not dispatched: Orders are generally dispatched within 12-24 hours from the time the order is received. If the cancellation is requested within 6 hours from placing the order, the cancellation request shall be accepted and refund shall be processed after deducting the 2-3% payment processing charges. No freight cost or any other charges will be applicable in this scenario.
1.2. Order is placed and dispatched: Once the order is dispatched (We will provide tracking details as proof), and a cancellation request is received, We will evaluate the status of the shipment. If the shipment can be retrieved by us without any additional efforts, We shall not charge any freight charges to You. However, if it is in transit, then in such a case, We shall accept the cancellation request and process the refund after deducting the freight charges incurred by us, which may range from INR 1500 to INR 2500 depending upon the weight of the product and destination pin code.
In both the scenarios above, You can request for cancellation by dropping a mail to info@toqri.com along with your order details. Refund shall be processed within 2 to 5 working days of receiving the request.
Once the return/cancellation request is received it will be inspected and the return/cancellation will be approved within 2 days
Return Policy
Magicalhut.in has a return/replacement policy for only new products and not used ones listed on the website (within 5 days of delivery of the product) in the following circumstances:
- a) The product delivered is different from what was ordered
- b) The item has been received in a physically damaged condition or is found defective in its working after installation.
- c) Any parts of the product that are described in packing list are missing.

2.Return will only be accepted after validation of unboxing video.
3. For Return(damage products) We will pick up the products, once we receive the products we will dispatch the new one.

If a customer wants to return the product without any reasons (no questions asked return), in such a case, the return shall be accepted, and the refund will be processed after deducting 2-3% payment processing charges and the to and fro freight charges, which would range from INR 50 to INR 150
Though the product images are a true representation of the standard product, slight variation in colour replication may occur due to lighting/flash during photography or your monitor settings. Warranty Or Return does not cover basic colour differences or minor imperfections in the product.

In case of un-fulfillable deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances, magicalhut.com reserves the right to cancel such orders after informing the customer. In case of such cancellations, toqri.com shall refund the entire amount paid by the customer without any cancellation charges.
Any dispute is subject to GB Nagar jurisdiction only.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
