Pricing Information in Case of Sale by Us

We work hard to give you the greatest deals on the goods and/or services you purchase from us, but we can’t promise that the price will be the lowest in the area, city, or country. Without giving any prior notice, prices and availability are subject to change. The prices listed on the website cannot be compared to those of any similar or identical product(s) and/or service(s) offered by any offline or online retailer. Our pricing policy governs the pricing, and we reserve the right to set the prices at our own discretion.

Order Cancellation

Order acceptance and completion between you and Magicalhut will occur when the items are sent, unless you cancel your order within 6 hours of full payment being received. This is because we dispatch orders within 12 hours.

In order to cancel your order, send us an email here with the subject “Cancellation” along with your order number and shipping address. After the aforementioned three days, Magicalhut Designs will decide whether to accept returns.

Billing

The price of our products is inclusive of the GST (goods and services tax).

Agreement

The whole agreement between you and magicalhut designs about the sale, acquisition, and use of the items is outlined in these terms and conditions. They take precedence over any prior understanding or agreement on the subject matter hereof. We shall not be bound by any modification of these terms and conditions unless we agree in writing.

Governing Law

This Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the courts at New Delhi.
